If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the shoes 3-5 days of delivery a full refund or for an exchange. Note the shoes must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team for further.

Faulty Goods:

If there was a problem of faulty goods on our end the pro misery shoe will be returned with a new pair. In case of an item not been available the refund would be proceeded with a sorry note along with a promotional discount code for the next order.

 

Undamaged Goods:

If we examine that the goods are not solicited to our mistakes they shall be up for no refunds and a delivery charge would be altered for returning the shoe back to the customer just in case once need the pair back. We always take a video of all the packaging and we shall send it to you along with your tracking ID.
